Precious Christening Gift

Apart from some of the famous occasion there are various occasions for christens to celebrate and enjoy. Every year they celebrate numerous occasions. Though numbers of occasions are celebrated by the people of other religion too but christens always use to celebrate any of the occasion in mass. Some of the important occasions which are celebrated by christen are Easter, Good Friday, Christmas Day, christening and also marriage ceremonies.

Usually in these occasion family members come together to share the enjoyment of the occasion together. Christmas day is related with the day of Jesus birth. It is the day related with the god’s sacrifice which was made by dying for everyone’s sins. It is one of the most important day for christens.
Another important day is Sunday Easter. It is the day on which the Lord rose from his tomb and again came back to life. Apart from all these types of occasions, there is a christening of a child as well as Christian weddings which are considered to be auspicious and important occasions.
During the occasion of christening of a child, the child is offered with christening gift (In Danish dåbsgave). A christening gift is related as a sign of good wishes. It is also used as a sign of good wishes and also to congratulate the child as well as to their parents. Christening of a child is related with the naming ceremony of the child which marks the beginning of the new life of the child.

Engagement rings and a christening gift are part of Christian occasions

For Christians, there are numerous occasions to celebrate every year. Although the overall number may not be as much as that of several other religions, Christian occasions are generally celebrated by mass majority of the Christian community with splendor. Some of the major occasions celebrated by Christians include Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, Good Friday, christening and marriage ceremonies among many others.

On such occasions, many families tend to invite close ones home for dinner or lunch and most of the family members come together for the celebrations. Christmas Day is the day that Jesus Christ was born and so, it is one of the biggest occasions of the year for Christians. Following Christmas is Good Friday, the day when the Lord made a sacrifice by dying for everyone’s sins. This is also another auspicious day for Christians as it marks the cleansing of people’s sins.

During the christening of a child, the child in most times is also baptized. Apart from the mentioned occasions, there are several others that are celebrated by most Christians and are equally important as some of the mentioned occasions. However, Christian occasions are simpler and are usually low-profile. Most families prefer to celebrate within the vicinity of their own houses.
